All orders are double checked for quality and accuracy before packaging. All items are shipped within padded envelope. Your order will be sent through USPS 1st Class. Of course, if there is any problem with your order when it arrives, please contact us immediately.

We ship internationally to all countries. Our packages are under 4 oz and don't require customs declaration. They travel as normal envelope correspondence and not as a "package". These measures help your order get to you faster. Our experience is that Canada takes about 5 days, Europe and Australia takes about one week. Most customers report being pleased with the short delivery times.
